Initial Setup
Equipment
- Two Xumo streaming boxes and two standard (black) remotes.
- Wi-Fi modem and router.
- Large-button remote (white), available for an additional $10.
Connect the User to the Waterman Contract
This step is completed by Rosa and her team. The information required includes:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Address
- Social Security number or date of birth
Create a User Account
- Create an account using the registered email address.
- Create a password.
- Use this account to manage settings and order additional services or hardware.
Connect to Wi-Fi
- Register the Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password.
- Connect printers and other devices as needed.
Billing Statement
- A statement is sent monthly.
- The monthly amount should be $0.00 unless optional extras are added.
- Set up automatic payment and choose the payment date and credit card or bank account.
TV Service and Streaming Apps
TV is provided through streaming apps, including Spectrum, Xumo, premium channels, and optional channels.

Streaming Services Included in the Contract
The contract includes the following services:
- AMC+
- discovery+
- Disney+ and Hulu Bundle
- ESPN Unlimited
- HBO Max Basic
- Paramount+ Essential
- Peacock Premium
- FOX One
- ViX Premium
Note: Premium channels require account activation.
Access Spectrum Video Tutorials
Use your MySpectrum account to access the available video tutorials.
- Open MySpectrum in a web browser.
- Sign in with your MySpectrum credentials. You may need to select Residential Customer.
- Select TV.
- Browse the tutorials and support topics. For example: Setting Your Power-On Channel.
Change Your Power-On Channel with Spectrum Guide
- Using your remote control, press Menu.
- Highlight Settings & Support and press OK/Select.
- Highlight Preferences and press OK/Select.
- Highlight Digital Receiver and press OK/Select.
- Highlight Power On Channel and press OK/Select.
- Choose a particular channel or Last Channel (the last channel viewed).
- Press OK/Select to save your choice.

Personalize the App Row
- Select Set Up Favorite Apps.
- Select up to 30 apps to appear on the Home screen. Use the Right and Left buttons on the remote's navigation pad to arrange their order.
- Choose Continue.
